Meet and Hire

Invite us over for an interview. We will tour your home, discuss your selling goals, introduce you to our seller process, and the costs of selling. In this meeting we will learn enough to give you an as-is pricing evaluation. Prior to step 2. you will sign a selling contract to hire us as your real estate representatives. 

02.

Evaluate and Schedule

We'll evaluate your home's value as it is vs. as it could be. Locally, it's expected to bring a functional, clean home to the market. You might choose no prep, light prep, or a full-scale renovation. Our partnerships with Revive and Freemodel allow you to execute your scope with zero money due till closing. We'll schedule you projects to capitalize on your profit potential & meet your desired sale timing.

03.

Prepare

Give us the keys, sit back, and let us do the work. We have access to painters, landscapers, stagers, photographers, copywriters, and social media specialists. Our recommended contractors & professional marketing experts prepare homes to stand in their best light and out from the competition.

04.

Market

Our maximum exposure marketing stacks Coming Soon, on top of Just Listed & Sale Pending promotions. We combine a robust online presentation of your home's top features with a traditional marketing package (a sign in the yard, postcards, etc.). By advertising your home before it is listed, while it is for sale AND while pending, we offer approximately 50 more days of exposure than our competitors.

05.

Close

We will manage your pending sale through escrow to closing. We take a hands-on approach to oversee the follow through a buyers contract performance. Additionally, our seller services include the convenience of professional transaction coordination, DocuSign digital signature services and digital disclosure document hosting.
